Misdirected anger will destroy relationships, families and society. I have used this anger management program in state prisons with adult male felons and for group and individual counseling. To derive maximum benefit you will have to complete each section as honestly and completely as you can. If your anger is so intensive that you feel suicidal (want to kill or hurt yourself) or homicidal (want to kill another, destroy their property or cause harm or injury to anyone or anything) contact your local emergency room immediately, your physician or 911.
